SECURITY: When you complete your order on our Secure Order Form, all of your name, address, e-mail address and credit card information is encrypted using the latest 128 bit Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) technology on our Secure Server. This information is then immediately stripped from all computers with Internet accessibility and then archived in a highly protected computer. This information can not be accessed for any future purchases.

PRIVACY: All the personal information you provide us will NEVER be sold, rented, bartered, shared or in any way revealed to anyone, ever.

GUARANTEES, RETURNS AND EXCHANGES:

"NO HASSLE" GUARANTEE: We unconditionally guarantee all of our products. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days of the invoice date for a refund or site credit. We will refund your original purchase price, less any initial shipping and handling costs. All returned products must have a Return Authorization Number or the return shipment may be refused. See the procedure below for obtaining a Return Authorization Number.

PRODUCT RETURNS: Defective products may be returned for refund, exchange or site credit within thirty (30) days of the invoice date for free repair or replacement, please call us for return instructions, since the instructions may vary for different products.

If you are exchanging a product you have used for less than 30 days and ordering a different product, we will apply your original cost toward the price of the new product and if there is a difference we will refund or charge the difference.

If you are returning an unused product, within 60 days, you will receive a full refund or site credit (your choice) of your original purchase price less the initial shipping and handling charges. Unused products kept beyond 60 days will be subject to a 15% restocking fee, plus the original shipping and handling charge. All items must be unused and in "as new" resaleable condition, in original packaging and with all original warranty cards, manuals and accessories.

RETURN PROCEDURE: First, e-mail or call us at the number on your sales receipt for a Return Authorization number and instructions for shipment. We apologize, but we cannot pay for return shipping costs and all returns must be insured for the purchase amount. Credit will be issued to the original credit card only. Credits will be posted to the card holders account within 30 days of the package arrival to our warehouse.

SHIPPING: Orders are normally packed within 1-2 business days and shipped via UPS or Priority Mail and may take 4-10 business days from the time your order is placed until you receive your shipment. All prices include shipping within the continental United States. We will be happy to quote shipping charges to international destinations. A charge of $25.00 may be made to your credit card for orders placed with a1waterfilters.com and refused by the customer. If our shipper cannot deliver your order due to incorrect information on your order form and the merchandise must be reshipped to the corrected address, a1waterfilters.com will pass any address correction and additional delivery charges on to you and will bill your credit card for those extra charges.

Money Orders: a1waterfilters.com,LLC accepts money orders and cashiers checks in US Dollars only. Orders are processed upon receipt of a money order or cashier check. a1waterfilters.com cannot guarantee the availability of a product by the time funds clear or payment is received.

Net terms orders: We offer qualified businesses net 30-day terms. Approval usually takes 24 hours after references are verified. Interested business customers should call us for more information and a credit application.

Once an order is placed it can not be canceled unless the item is not in stock. The order process is automated to the point that orders ship within a short time of their receipt.

Refunds on money order purchases in excess of $250.00 will be issued by check from a1waterfilters.com,LLC corporate office within 10 business days of the return date. Refunds on purchases made with a credit card will only be credited to the same card.

No Consequential Damages: In no event shall a1waterfilters.com,LLC, its subsidiaries or affiliates, or their respective officers, directors, employees, representatives or agents be liable for special, incidental, consequential, punitive, indirect, or other special damages, including but not limited to, loss of data, use, or profits, however caused, whether for breach of contract, negligence, or otherwise, and whether or not a1waterfilters.com,LLC has been advised of the possibility of any such damages.

Miscellaneous: a1waterfilters.com,LLC may revise these terms and conditions at any time by updating a1waterfilters.com,LLC's web site. These terms and conditions are governed and construed by the laws (but not the rules governing conflicts of law) of the State of Arkansas. You agree that if any part of these terms and conditions are found to be unenforceable, the remainder of these terms and conditions will remain in full force and effect.
